Responsibilities

- Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within the recruitment lifecycle.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of recruitment systems and technologies.
- Streamline data flow and communication between different platforms.
- Develop and generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
