  • Streamline data flow and communication between different platforms.
  • Develop and generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
