Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the shop.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

- Handle customer complaints and address issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.

- Schedule and organize staff shift breaks, and time off.
- Monitor and manage the shop's budget.
- Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the chef or kitchen staff to plan and update the menu.
- Ensure that food and beverages meet quality standards.
- Manage pricing and promotions effectively.
- Enforce hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure staff is trained on food safety protocols.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers.
- Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and special events.
- Utilize social media and other marketing channels to increase visibility.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and prices with vendors.
- Monitor the quality of products delivered by suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on food and beverage industry trends and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.
- Generate reports for management on key performance indicators.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and improvements.
- Provide ongoing training for staff on customer service, product knowledge, and safety procedures.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise promptly and effectively.

Contract
