Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive online sales growth and monitor customer satisfaction through various e-commerce platforms.
- Provide administrative support across various departments, ensuring smooth operations within the online retail shop.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly
- Organize and manage documents, including order records, inventory lists, and customer information.
- Input data into databases or spreadsheets, track sales metrics, and generate performance reports as needed.
- Assist with the coordination of e-commerce projects, promotional events, and online marketing campaigns.
- Support financial processes such as processing payments, managing invoices, tracking expenses, and assisting with budget management.
- Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including managing social media accounts, creating content, and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research on e-commerce trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to inform business strategies.
- Ensure quality standards for products and services are met and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance services, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business.
