Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and direction to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and identify areas for cost savings while maintaining quality standards. Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste. Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including kitchen and front-of-house teams. Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and address performance issues as needed. Develop training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Streamline processes and workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve operational performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to achieve targets and goals.
  • Ensure that always provides exceptional customer service. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, address any complaints or concerns promptly, and implement measures to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for employees and a safe dining environment for customers.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve operations, such as implementing point-of-sale systems, online ordering platforms, or kitchen automation tools.
  • Continuously assess and evaluate restaurant operations to identify areas for improvement. Implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement in processes, procedures, and overall performance.

Contract

39 hours per week
