Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the parking facility, including opening and closing procedures, staƯing, and scheduling.
- Hiring, training, and managing parking attendants and other staƯ members.
- Assigning duties and ensuring staƯ adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Aiding with customers with parking-related inquiries, payment issues, and other concerns.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect vehicles and ensure the safety of customers and staff
- Monitoring CCTV systems, coordinating security patrols, and responding to incidents of theft or vandalism.
- Monitoring revenue from parking fees and other sources.
- Managing expenses related to staƯing, maintenance, and equipment.
- Analysing financial data and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
- Ensuring the parking facility is clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Overseeing maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, maintaining signage, and addressing infrastructure issues.
- Ensuring the parking facility complies with local regulations, zoning laws, and health and safety standards.
- Obtaining necessary permits and licenses and maintaining accurate records.
- Analysing parking usage patterns and trends to optimize space utilization and improve operational eƯiciency.
- Generating regular reports on key performance metrics such as revenue, occupancy rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers and increase revenue.
- Establishing partnerships with local businesses and organizations to drive traffic to the parking facility.
Contract
39 hours per week
Candidate requirements
- Relevant experience is required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Car park manager
- Able to operate CCTV
- Able to do good communication .
