Company

Founded in 2009, James Andrews was created by a team of recruitment specialists who between them had over 50 years' worth of experience in the industry. We are an independent consultancy who specialises in variety of sectors including HR, Finance, Social Housing, Property Management & Construction, Procurement, Legal & Governance and Tech.

Our aim was to create a business that clients and candidates could trust to provide an excellent service, whilst also providing our employees with opportunities to develop and grow as individuals.

Our office network is able to cover the whole of the UK for clients ranging from the smallest charities, to the largest blue chip firms such as Virgin Trains and Fred Perry. Our core values are; Collaboration, Transparency, Growth & Respect.

Why are we different?

We have a down-to-earth culture which focuses on team working. We are open and honest with everyone we deal with, and being a stuffy, corporate business is not what we are about.

Our relaxed dress code allows our employees to express themselves as individuals whilst still maintaining that professionalism and respect that our client's value so much.

James Andrews is different to many other agencies as we have created a commission structure that celebrates both individual and team success in every placement, creating an enjoyable, supportive environment perfect for individuals who are target orientated but also team players.

We welcome friendly competition (particularly for our highly coveted Top Biller of the Year award!) but this team-based structure means we are not a dog-eat-dog environment to work in.
