Our GPS practice has experienced rapid growth in recent years, supporting our public sector clients with their most complex challenges. As the Client Portfolio Manager, you will work with senior leaders to help drive our ambitious future growth plans.

The Client Portfolio Manager is part of our central GPS Industry Team, sitting at the heart of our business and working with its most senior leaders.

Responsibilities include:

• Liaising extensively with the UK Growth function for information and reporting purposes
• Own our annual planning process for GPS, working closely with the UK Growth and GPS teams
• Developing and running monthly financial performance reports and forecasts
• Developing and executing an innovative learning programme for GPS colleagues, managing its budget
• Developing and executing an engaging GPS internal communications programme
• Taking responsibility for managing budgets and reporting spend
• Owning and maintaining people data, ensuring it is updated on the firm's systems

Essential

• Ability to prioritise workload according to deadlines, pivoting quickly as needed
• Confidence with ambiguity and working in a fast-changing environment
• Willingness to be Is a collaborative team player as part of a geographically dispersed team
• Exceptional attention to detail and focus on quality
• Experience of working with, and reporting to, multiple senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage and monitor budgets
• Strong numeracy and Microsoft Excel skills – necessary for planning and reporting activities.
• Excellent communication and PowerPoint skills, with a high level of written and spoken English

Desirable

• Experience or demonstrable interest in government and public services
• Experience of working in professional services or a similar environment

You'll be based in Leeds or Birmingham with hybrid working. Our hybrid model enables our people to collaborate, connect and innovate in both a virtual and physical capacity. As well as remote working, you'll attend your local office, virtual collaboration spaces and client sites, depending on the requirements of the role.
