Responsibilities
- Support compliance oversight of company policies, including carbon sustainability, legal reporting, and anti-trust compliance
- Manage month-end close and financial reporting for North America's holding companies
- Contribute to annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Undertake additional ad hoc duties and projects as necessary
Contract
40 hours per week

Job Overview – Senior Accountant – 32990
A well-known $10BN consumer goods and distribution manufacturer is seeking a high-performing, strategic, and detail focused Senior Accountant. This team oversees 6 subsidiaries with over $1.4BN in annual revenues and is one of the go-to teams within the company. The candidate coming into this position will be a strategic business partner to the company and a critical contributor to the organization's strategic success. This position will have cross-departmental collaborative opportunities, and most people who have started on this team have grown into other departments within the organization (finance, analytics, strategy, etc.)
- Manage month-end close and financial reporting for North America's holding companies.
- Contribute to annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with North America's group companies to ensure precise completion of quarterly and year-end financial reporting, including reviewing financial packages before submission to the group.
- Assist in fulfilling other group reporting obligations for the North America division, such as internal audit updates, quarterly and year-end reporting, and SEC filings.
- Support compliance oversight of company policies, including carbon sustainability, legal reporting, and anti-trust compliance.
- Undertake additional ad hoc duties and projects as necessary.
Requirements
- CPA (licensed or all parts passed) required
- Big 8 public accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills (V-Lookups/Pivot tables)
- Excellent Communication skills
