How to Qualify:

  • Active Registered Nurse license and eligibility to practice nursing in the state of employment
  • Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and the healthcare team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts, as needed
