  • The ability to engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent care
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards
  • The Ideal Deputy Home Manager Will Have Previous Deputy Home Manager experience

In Your Role As Deputy Home Manager, You'll

  • Assist in managing operations within the home to reach or exceed goals, ensuring high-quality care is always provided.
  • Oversee the care staff and step into full management in the absence of the Home Manager.
  • Train and supervise care staff in all aspects of their work.
  • Assist the Home Manager with pre-admission assessments of residents.
  • Keep each resident's care plan and daily records up to date.
  • Foster effective communication with the residents' families and other organisations.

The Ideal Deputy Home Manager Will Have

  • Previous Deputy Home Manager experience.
