Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in project management within the electrical or fire & security industries
  • Comprehensive knowledge of fire and security systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Desirable Experience within the Fire and Security industry
  • Strong understanding of British Standards and relevant regulations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Experience within the Fire and Security industry

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for fire protection and security systems? Join my clients dynamic Fire and Security team and lead the planning, execution, and completion of critical projects that make a difference!

About The Role

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include developing project scopes, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards. You will be directly responsible for on-time delivery and budget management for individual projects, cost tracking, and managing life cycle replacement and additional client works.

Key Responsibilities

Essential

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in project management within the electrical or fire & security industries.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise effectively.

Desirable

  • Experience within the Fire and Security industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of fire and security systems (fire alarms, access control, CCTV, intruder alarms).
  • Strong understanding of British Standards and relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP, FIA qualifications).
