They are seeking a seasoned Private Client Fee Earner - this could be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Or Paralegal.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in:
  • Supporting clients with power of attorney
  • Will writing
  • Probates
  • Conveyancing - The ability to do your own conveyancing might be of assistance such as assents, but it is not a compulsory requirement
  • Due to the nature of the clientele, primarily older individuals, you will be able to approach your work with empathy, patience, and a keen understanding of the unique needs of private clients.
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing high-quality legal services

  • Provide expert legal advice and support in areas including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and other relevant issues arising such as transferring assets and conveyancing where it is within your existing skill set
