Hire Resolve's client, a reputable accounting firm, is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join their team. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial auditing process for the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. You will collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to assess internal controls, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to senior management. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing and mentoring a team of auditors to ensure the successful completion of audits.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute financial audits, including coordinating audit schedules and resources

Evaluate internal controls, policies, and procedures to identify areas for improvement

Prepare audit reports detailing findings and recommendations for improvement

Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry developments to ensure compliance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA (CIA PLUS)

Minimum of 7 years of experience in auditing in public accounting firms

Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting principles and regulations

Experience with financial statement analysis and auditing software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
