Responsibilities

We are looking for full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate licensed mental health counselor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to individuals with a variety of mental health and substance abuse issues.
Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Conducting initial assessments to evaluate the mental health and substance abuse needs of clients
- Developing and implementing treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Providing individual, group, and family therapy services

Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling or related field
- Licensed as a mental health counselor in the state

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred
