Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Needed at Mental Health Shield Psychological Services in Orlando FL

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- Full-time status clinicians maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Must have a current and active state license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of family therapy services, community resources, comfort with fee collection at time of service, and previous experience with mental health documentation
- Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Required experience with children, adolescents, couples, and families

Benefits And Salary:
- $90,000- $110,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.
