Palms Dental Clinic Services is looking for a reliable, outgoing, and dental savvy assistant office manager. Position will be full time Monday- Fridays. We cater to both adults and children. We are a patient-focused brand Dental practice with a full dedication to quality patient care.

We are looking for the right Dental Front Office Manager to maintain dynamic working environment and exceptional attention to our patients. Role includes catering to patients for general dentistry, pediatric, oral surgery, periodontics, and Endodontic treatment.

Work Hours: Full Time (8am-6pm but flexible)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Role includes catering to patients for general dentistry, pediatric, oral surgery, periodontics, and Endodontic treatment.
  • Oversee and manage all administrative and operational functions of the office
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in Dental as a Front Office Coordinator or Front Office Manager
  • Expert on dental software, PPO billing, treatment planning, and financial arrangements
  • Great with customer service and assisting with patient needs
  • Manage appointment scheduling including entering patient appointments, confirm upcoming appointments and recalls

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 a year depending on experience plus benefits.
