We are working with a recognised, award-winning charity to recruit a dedicated Employment Support Specialist to join their team. Our recruitment company has successfully placed multiple candidates with this charity, many of whom have gone on to progress their careers significantly within the organization.

As An Employment Support Specialist, You Will

• Work intensively with a maximum caseload of 30 participants who have health conditions affecting their employment prospects.
• Assist participants in obtaining and sustaining employment aligned with their vocational goals, adhering to the eight principles of Individual Placement and Support (IPS).
• Meet and exceed performance targets for referrals, programme starts, employer engagement, job starts, and sustainment, all while complying with contractual guidelines and quality procedures.
  
  

To Apply, You Must Have Either

• Worked in a similar type of role before Employment Advisor, Careers Advisor, Job Coach etc
• Worked in a very similar field such as being a Recruitment Consultant, or you might have worked with people with mental health support needs to help them achieve a goal (wellbeing, mental health support etc).
