Position: Roving/Support Engineer (6 Positions Available)


Location: Central London (St Pauls, Liverpool Street, Fenchurch Street, Bank, Mayfair, Victoria)


Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum

Working
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional flexibility required, e.g., 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM & 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic and dedicated Roving/Support Engineers to join our team of 5-6 engineers, managing a mixed portfolio of 6-8 buildings in Central London. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a mobile position, covering key locations such as St Pauls, Liverpool Street, Fenchurch Street, Bank, Mayfair, and Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial buildings.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver high-quality service.
  • Provide excellent customer service to building occupants.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a commercial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance.
