  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Windows-based applications and technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Exchange, and other related tools
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users and IT staff on best practices for using Windows applications
  • Support and troubleshooting for complex Windows application issues, collaborating with other IT teams and vendors as needed
  • Participate in IT project planning, coordination, and implementation related to Windows applications as needed
  • Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for Windows application management and support
  • Evaluate and recommend new Windows applications and technologies to enhance organizational productivity and efficiency
  • Design, deploy, and maintain Windows application environments, ensuring compatibility, reliability, and security
  • Stay current with emerging Windows technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery and support

Title: Windows Applications Subject Matter Expert (Tier III)

Clearance: Top Secret (SCI Eligible)

Location: Washington, D.C. (Onsite)

Salary: $140k-$170k About this role: Rackner is seeking a Windows Applications Subject Matter Expert (Tier III) that can provide expert-level support and guidance on Windows-based applications and technologies. Managing and optimizing the performance, security, and functionality of Windows applications to meet organizational needs.

We are seeking professionals with: 7+ years; Be in charge of Windows application management or related role.

Preside over the design, deployment, and maintenance of Windows-based applications and technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Exchange, etc.

Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, ITIL Foundation, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), etc.
