    Role And Responsibilities

    As a Sales Representative at Armando Perez State Farm, you will be at the forefront of our agency's growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Sales and Customer Service: Engaging with prospective customers to understand their insurance needs and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their individual requirements.
    • Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and retention.
    • Prospecting: Identifying and pursuing new leads and business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
    • Policy Reviews: Conducting periodic policy reviews with existing clients to identify additional coverage needs and offer suitable products to enhance their insurance protection.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborating with our dedicated team of insurance professionals to provide outstanding customer service and achieve team goals.

    Qualifications

    To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

    • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we also encourage recent graduates and career changers with a strong desire to excel in sales to apply.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and the team.
    • Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
    • Insurance Knowledge: While not required, familiarity with insurance products and industry regulations is a plus.
