Responsibilities
- Leverage education, training, and experience to formulate independent psychosocial diagnoses for patients
- Systematically track treatment responses and monitor patients (in person or virtually) for progress toward treatment goals and objectives
- Partner with patients to develop patient-centered treatment plans
- Support psychotropic medication management as prescribed by medical providers, focusing on treatment adherence monitoring, side effects, and the effectiveness of treatment
- Provide behavioral interventions using outcomes and evidence-based techniques
- Coordinate with other clinicians, psychologists within Suvida Behavioral and Health Wellness, primary care providers, and other service providers to support a holistic and integrated approach to care

Work Schedule:
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling
- Some evening and weekend hours to accommodate clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage education, training, and experience to formulate independent psychosocial diagnoses for patients.
- Partner with patients to develop patient-centered treatment plans.
- Provide behavioral interventions using outcomes and evidence-based techniques (for example, solution-focused treatment, behavioral activation, problem-solving treatment, motivational interviewing, and other treatments as appropriate).
- Coordinate with other clinicians, psychologists within Suvida Behavioral and Health Wellness, primary care providers, and other service providers to support a holistic and integrated approach to care.
- Systematically track treatment responses and monitor patients (in person or virtually) for progress toward treatment goals and objectives.
- Support psychotropic medication management as prescribed by medical providers, focusing on treatment adherence monitoring, side effects, and the effectiveness of treatment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently in mental health in the State or territory of practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- At least 1 year of experience as an independently licensed therapist.
Salary:
$80,000-$100,000 per year plus bonus
