Location: Honolulu, HI (Hybrid, in office 3 days a week)

Pay: $50,000 to $55,000/year + commission!

Experience: Customer service or admin experience preferred

Education: High school diploma or GED

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Job Description:

• Attract, screen, and hire people who quickly become successful at the job
• Interview prospective candidates to evaluate potential
• Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM (or other similar database)
• Conduct a high volume of selling aligned with business plans
• Formally present, pitch and propose products and services as solutions to established problems
• Conduct post-close administrative processes
• Communicate professionally with external partiesInspire confidence and evaluate the quality of a lead/prospect according to standards
