Responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other professionals, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients
- Serve as an advocate for clients in accessing community resources, social services, and support systems that enhance their overall well-being
- Participate in community outreach activities and engage in networking to enhance referral resources and community partnerships
- Educate clients about coping skills, effective communication, and self-care strategies to empower them in managing their mental health
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Provide immediate support and crisis intervention when necessary to ensure the safety and stability of clients
Contract
40 hours per week
Candidate requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state where you practice
- Minimum of four years experience in the same related field

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working in our outpatient setting, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic support, counseling, and advocacy to individuals facing a range of emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial challenges. You will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, contributing to the overall well-being of our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
