    The Role:

    As a Finance Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to join our prestigious organization and embark on a Level 7 CIMA apprenticeship, depending on your qualifications and aspirations. You will be part of a structured program designed to provide you with exposure to various finance functions, including but not limited to:


    • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Management Accounting
    • Financial Reporting
    • Taxation and Compliance
    • Audit and Assurance
    • Treasury and Cash Management
    • Business Partnering


    Through rotational placements, you will gain valuable experience in each of these areas, allowing you to develop a comprehensive understanding of finance operations and their role in supporting business objectives.


    Requirements:

    To be considered for this apprenticeship opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:


    • Strong interest in pursuing a career in finance
    • Level 2 Mathematics and English (equivalent to GCSE grade C or above)
    • 4+ GCSE A-C grades or other comparable qualifications
    • A-levels (or equivalent) in relevant subjects (such as Accounting, Business Studies, or Economics)
    • Preferably holds a Degree and/or AAT qualified
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail and numerical proficiency
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
