General Manager - Boutique Hotel in Stadhampton, Oxford

We’re seeking an experienced, driven, and hands-on General Manager to manage our 23-room boutique hotel in Stadhampton, Oxford. This role is pivotal to our operations, so we are looking for someone who will have a proven track record in managing similar, high-end and high-volume establishments.

General Manager Benefits

  • On Target Earnings £70,000 per annum

As the General Manager you'll be overseeing daily operations and ensuring our team stays productive.

  • Taking a hands-on and direct approach with the team and the day-to-day running of the hotel.
  • Setting policies and processes, including standards of practice, throughout the hotel
  • Ensuring full compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Managing employee and guest feedback; in turn communicating clearly with all departments.
  • Overseeing all rotas and shift planning
  • Assist and oversee the recruitment and training of all employees; dealing with HR related queries, performance reviews, and payroll
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance; as well as maintaining budgets and optimising expenses
