About the role:

We're seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager who will develop strategic relationships and integrations with new partners across the data and technology industry. Your primary responsibility is to identify, contact, and sign new partnership agreements with target companies. You’ll also nurture and expand upon our collaboration with existing partners, including Google, SAP, and Databricks. Together with our product team, you’ll support the technical integration between our software and the partners, ensuring its maintenance and long-term success. Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end partnership lifecycle and for maximizing its mutual advantages.


Key facts: Start date is August 1st, location is Boston, and base salary starts at $100K gross / annum (based on experience)


What you will do:

Partner Strategy: Develop and execute a global partnership strategy that aligns with Datarade's business objectives. Identify and prioritize potential partners that can enhance our product capabilities, market presence, and data offerings.

Partner Prospecting: Build contact with potential partners, including data providers, data platforms, and technology companies, to explore collaboration opportunities.

Partner Contracting: Develop agreements, negotiate partnership business terms, and define technical SLAs, and overall partnership goals.

Partner Integration: Collaborate with our product and tech team to integrate new partners with our platform seamlessly.

Partner Success: Track success KPIs of partnerships and deepen our relationships with key stakeholders.


Job requirements

Minimum qualifications:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in a partnerships role
  • You have built partnerships with enterprises with proven, mutually successful outcomes
  • You have a talent for forging relationships with international contacts and an appreciation for different business cultures globally
  • You can grasp technical concepts


Bonus qualifications:

  • You’ve built partnerships in Datarade’s target markets: the US and APAC
  • You’ve worked in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up
  • You’ve previously supported technical integrations
  • You’ve previously succeeded in a (tech) sales role
  • You hold a university degree in International Business, MBA, or similar from a top university
