LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST NEEDED FULL-TIME

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team of professionals. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive mental health services to our clients. Your expertise will contribute to the improvement of clients' mental health and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, including individual, family, and group therapy.
- Monitor and track clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in need.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mental health treatment and research.
- Participate in regular supervision and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards as outlined by relevant licensing boards and organizations.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW)
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Empathetic, compassionate, and dedicated to client well-being.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health practice.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Minimum of three years experience in the same related field.
Pay and Benefits:
