Job Title: IT Support Engineer (24/7)

Location: Stoke – 5 days a week in the office.

Salary up to £35,000 + benefits + bonus.

Security Clearance: Eligible for SC Security Clearance

The Role:

You will work as an IT Support Engineer to provide 2nd/3rd line infrastructure support.

You will help with the transition of the team of 8 to become a 24/7 support function.

Initially you will work Mon-Fri standard day shifts which will move to a shift rota covering evening and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor performance and trouble issues.
• Test and patch systems and software
• Resolve complex incidents efficiently and quickly
• Use ITIL best practices

Experience:

• Experience providing support at 2nd/3rd line level.
• ITIL certified
• Patching skills
• Eligible for SC Security Clearance
