Job Title: IT Support Engineer (24/7)
Location: Stoke – 5 days a week in the office.
Salary up to £35,000 + benefits + bonus.
Security Clearance: Eligible for SC Security Clearance
The Role:
You will work as an IT Support Engineer to provide 2nd/3rd line infrastructure support.
You will help with the transition of the team of 8 to become a 24/7 support function.
Initially you will work Mon-Fri standard day shifts which will move to a shift rota covering evening and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance and trouble issues.
- Test and patch systems and software
- Resolve complex incidents efficiently and quickly
- Use ITIL best practices
Experience:
- Experience providing support at 2nd/3rd line level.
- ITIL certified
- Patching skills
- Eligible for SC Security Clearance
