  • Take a lead in developing residential projects from concept to completion

Contract

40 hours per week

Candidate requirements

  • Must have good Knowledge of suppliers / procurement, experience in Estimac / equivalent
  • A degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent
  • Experience in either AutoCAD or Vectorworks
  • Ability to visualize and articulate design concepts effectively using Adobe CS

This is a permanent and highly flexible position with up to 3 days WFH available. The ideal candidate for this position is an all-rounder designer that’s organised and driven with strong experience in developing luxury contemporary residential projects. Job Description For This Middleweight Interior Designer Role

  • Take a lead in developing residential projects from concept to completion
  • Be hands on with site surveys and be involved in final installations
  • Design space planning, layout, and colour coordination, including renovations and furnishings
  • Produce mood boards and client presentations
  • Attend meetings with client representatives, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers and consultants.
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to directors
  • Draft plans, elevations and design details
  • Design custom lighting and furniture
  • Take on FF&E sourcing and procurement
  • Support senior designers to meet deadlines

Skills Necessary for this Middleweight Interior Designer Role

  • Must have at least 3 years’ industry experience
  • Experience in either AutoCAD or Vectorworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to visualize and articulate design concepts effectively using Adobe CS
  • Must have good Knowledge of suppliers / procurement, experience in Estimac / equivalent
  • Effective presentation abilities, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and stay updated on industry trends
  • A degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent
