  • Previous experience in closing large complex deals with multiple external stakeholders
  • Understanding of Cell therapy environment, processes and key players in the Geography

We are seeking an experienced field Account Manager in the Boston/Cambridge area to lead our commercialization efforts for our growing Custom projects centered on our synthetic cell technology. You will play a critical role in revenue generation by managing existing accounts as well as identifying new growth opportunities both within existing accounts and new accounts. This role reports to the VP of Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers

  • Negotiate sales prices and supply agreements

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years field sales experience in the Boston/Cambridge area in Life Sciences sales
  • Experience in Reagents and Custom product sales is a must
  • Experience and network in Pharma and Biotech accounts (ideally in Cell and Gene Therapy, Vaccines and Biotherapeutics manufacturing) BS in Biology (Ideally immunology, oncology)
  • Understanding of Cell therapy environment, processes and key players in the Geography
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to present complex ideas in a simple and coherent manner
  • Experience in Google suite of software and SalesForce CRM

Nice-to-Have (but not required):

  • Knowledge of Flow cytometry usage in Cell therapy processes
  • Hunter mindset
  • Previous experience in closing large complex deals with multiple external stakeholders

Our salary ranges are calculated by role and level. Your position within that range will be determined by your job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant education, and training/certifications. In addition to those factors, we also examine internal equity as well as consider current market rate, and title may be assessed one level lower or higher accordingly. After you join the company your performance, contributions, and results along with business and organizational needs will affect your base salary. The base salary range for this full-time position is between $140,000 - $160,000 + equity + benefits.
