  • Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in mood disorder treatment
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies
  • Monitor and track clients' progress throughout the treatment process, making adjustments to the treatment plan as necessary
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for mood disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of mood disorders to inform treatment approaches
  • Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs, goals, and preferences

You will play a vital role in conducting assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support our patients' mental well-being.

Work Schedule:

We understand the importance of work-life balance, so you will be working during normal business hours:

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC or LMFT in the state.
  • Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in treating mood disorders.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
