Location: Christchurch, Dorset
Salary: £55,000
Hours: 40 hours per week, including some weekends and 'on-call' duties, shared with the management team. The role will start with supernumerary hours and then progress to two on-the-floor shifts per week.

Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with a growing care home provider to recruit a Clinical Lead for their beautiful Home based in Christchurch, Dorset.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking and leading healthcare provider in their luxurious care home which has all the latest facilities and features. The home provides person-centred care to elderly residents who require general nursing, respite, palliative/end-of-life, residential care, and specialist dementia care.

Interview Process
The interview process will be in a one-stage format.
- Stage One – In-person interview with the Home Manager and Operations Manager.
The Candidate
- Lead a team of amazing Nurses and Carers. You’ll be responsible for the health and well-being of the residents of the home, applying sound clinical judgement to manage a wide variety of conditions, including dementia.
- Be a highly performing role model and an inspiring leader by adopting and leading a culture that endorses the company’s values and ethos.
- Support the maintenance of a positive reputation for the Home in the local community.
Requirements
- Valid NMC Registration.
- Experience within a health and social care setting with older people.
- You may also have experience as a Deputy Care Home Manager, Deputy Care Manager, Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, Clinical Manager, Head of Care, Care Home Manager, or Care Manager.
- A clear understanding of CQC standards/ legislation.
- Great written and verbal skills for communication and understanding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with managing teams of healthcare staff.
- Good IT skills and confidence in computer-based work.

The service's location is Christchurch and commutable from Bournemouth, Ferndown, Lymington, New Milton, Poole, Ringwood, Southbourne, Wimborne, etc.
