  • Manage relationships with our third party suppliers to ensure that processes are completed within SLAs
  • Develop the Order & Placing team to improve knowledge and skills to deliver improved service to customers, suppliers and drivers

  • JOB TITLE: Order & Placing Team Leader
  • SALARY: £33,982
  • LOCATION(S): Watford
  • HOURS: Full-time
  • WORKING PATTERN: For the first 6 months you'll be in office for 5 days a week and then move to hybrid, which involves spending at least 3 days per week at the Watford office site.

The efficient and effective management of Tusker's new vehicle order requests, ensuring vehicle orders and requotes are processed with dealers and manufacturers within required KPIs.

Responsible for the daily management of the Order & placing team, working with your team to ensure orders are placed within SLAs, queries processed efficiently and monthly budgeted order targets are achieved. Coach a hard-working team by; developing our people, focusing on their strengths, improving and furthering their talent, ensuring the highest quality and standard of service is delivered to our drivers and our customers. Constantly reviewing and improving the ways in which we work.

What you'll need

  • Ensuring orders and requotes are processed in a timely manner using the team resources effectively to deliver on SLAs and KPIs. Ensuring all orders are placed with Tusker's preferred or customer nominated dealers as required. Also Monitor and deliver against agreed team SLAs, KPIs and budgeted targets.
  • Prioritise the successful management of the team, focussing on the strengths of your team and cross training to achieve our joint targets.
  • Ensures leadership and training is consistent, thorough and effective and inspiring discussions.
  • Manage relationships with our third party suppliers to ensure that processes are completed within SLAs
  • Continual training (processes, industry, legislative, systems, product) that ensures everyone is performing at the required standards
  • Liaise and build strong and valuable relationships with a range of partners e.g.customers, ADMs, Operational teams, Resolutions, team members, dealers, manufacturers, suppliers and partner organisations.
  • Develop the Order & Placing team to improve knowledge and skills to deliver improved service to customers, suppliers and drivers.
  • Engage team members with monthly 1-2-1 meetings to review process and achievement of objectives, seeing opportunities for development and delivering constructive feedback.
