Responsibilities

  • **Distribution team Recruitment, Training & Team development:** Build, develop & motivate high performing team committed to achieving success through each other, ensure that the team is developed to achieve their maximum potential whilst also coaching them to build their awareness of the strengths/development needs of their people.
  • **Adherence to processes:** Ensure adherence of all bank's prescribed processes, standard operating procedures and central bank local requirements.
  • To ensure Month on Month Home Finance disbursement targets are achieved for the entire team
  • Engagement with the team for the day to day activities and ensure regular coaching to improve team productivity. To be able to understand the needs of not only the customers but also the team members
  • Build a team of home finance advisors and ensure each team member is given the tools to be successful
  • New avenues are opened to source home finance leads by engaging actively with channels such as Real Estate Agencies, brokers, developers but also cross sell by raising awareness within the other retail teams
  • To ensure that all processes are followed as per ADIB guidelines

Contract

40 hours per week

  • Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role
  • Knowledge of the bank's products, services and policies required to undertake the role
  • Ability to work under pressure and stringent deadlines
  • A detailed knowledge of the home finance product as well as a broad understanding of other retail products available in the Bank
  • Working knowledge of banking guidelines & processess

Role: Home Finance Sales Manager

Location: Dubai - Emaar Business Park

Role Purpose:

  • Role is responsible to accomplish the acquisition targets for Home Finance through the assigned sales team
  • Responsible for overall performance of sales team to achieve sales, service and administrative goals.
  • Business development through identification and enrichment of new sales opportunities, broker relationships and sales channels to help the home finance advisors source new business.
  • Job responsibilities also include setting and monitoring Sales targets, providing guidance and identifying training needs.

Key Accountabilities of the role

These are the main responsibilities of this role

  • Sales Target Achievement: Monitor the performance of distribution sales team to ensure budgeted sales targets are met, Establish and develop sales opportunities to meet the client's needs, introducing and working in conjunction with segment specialists.

Knowledge of the bank's products, services and policies required to undertake the role:

  • A detailed knowledge of the home finance product as well as a broad understanding of other retail products available in the Bank.
  • Awareness of the regulatory policies and procedures (AML / KYC Guidelines).
  • Understanding of ADIB service standards
