    Job Description

    BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Resource Manager to join a challenging, dynamic, and rewarding contract within the Intel Community. The position requires an active Security Clearance with Polygraph. There is no exception to the clearance requirement. The program will deliver operators, such as Desk, Reports, Targeting, Counterintelligence, and Liaison Support Officers. The successful candidate will work well in team environments, but also be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates will be expected to effectively interact and communicate with personnel at all levels within the organization. The position requires prior experience supporting the recruitment cycle, intimate familiarity with the Intel Community and its objectives, and an ability to be at a corporate site for meetings and collaboration, as needed. The Resource Manager will be responsible for seven (7) resource coordinators, each with their own AOR to support. This is a fast paced, challenging, and career-rewarding experience to recruit, develop, and provide top talent and solutions on one of the most complex and high-profile programs within the IC.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    • Six (6) years' experience managing personnel resources within the Intelligence Community, especially supporting operations.
    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or six (6) years of related experience.
    • Ability to operate effectively within a Program Management Office environment, collaborating with BAE Systems Talent Acquisitions, Subcontracts, and Program Control.
    • At least five (5) years' experience managing, supporting, and providing feedback to direct reports.
    • Experience navigating portals to maintain job requisitions, resumes, interview results, and security processing.
    • Experience creating and maintaining requisitions; coordinating recruiting events; and producing personnel reports and statistics.
    • Excellent oral and written communications.

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    • Experience working within the Intel Community.
    • Ability to establish effective working relationships with senior-level corporate leaders, Customers, managers, peers, and candidates.
    • Be results-driven, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks as mission needs shift.
    • Experienced with Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems.

    Pay Information

    Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
