  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of the global aviation market and regulatory requirements and/ or military aviation market

  • Demonstrated success building strong customer/ stakeholder relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • The selected individuals will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and leading a multidisciplinary team to execute complex development programs within schedule and budget
  • Proven ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • As a result, we are seeking experienced Development Program Managers who have demonstrated the ability of leading and managing complex development programs throughout the project lifecycle

    Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with the majority of time spent on site with opportunity for flexibility during the week to work remote.

As a result, we are seeking experienced Development Program Managers who have demonstrated the ability of leading and managing complex development programs throughout the project lifecycle. The selected individuals will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and leading a multidisciplinary team to execute complex development programs within schedule and budget.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    • Demonstrated success building strong customer/ stakeholder relationships
    • Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills
    • Proven ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
    • Experience performing with high adaptability and high initiative in a dynamic environment
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    • Master's Degree in engineering
    • 15 years of demonstrated experience leading diverse teams in a high tempo, aerospace electronic systems development and production environment
    • Knowledge of the global aviation market and regulatory requirements and/ or military aviation market. Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
    • New Business Capture Lead experience / Proposal manager experience
    • Proven track record of favorable negotiation outcomes and successful program delivery at values >$5M each
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Pay Information

    Full-Time Salary Range: $127900 - $217400

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
