Logistics Coordinator (Travel)

Job Description

BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Travel Coordinator to join a challenging, dynamic, and rewarding contract within the Intel Community. This position requires an active Security Clearance with Polygraph. There is no exception to the clearance requirement. The successful candidate will work well in team environments, but also be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates will be expected to effectively interact and communicate with personnel within the organization. The position requires prior experience using and/or supporting travel within the Intel Community. Familiarity with SharePoint sites and Intel Community databases is required. The work will need to be performed on classified systems at a corporate site, where meetings and collaboration will also be undertaken. The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for managing travel requests and responding to employees in a professional manner, providing guidance and responses to inquiries. This is a fast paced, challenging, and career-rewarding experience to support one of the most complex and high-profile programs within the IC.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Three (3) years' experience using or managing Intel Community travel systems.
• Ability to operate effectively within a Program Management Office environment, collaborating with BAE Systems partners.
• Experience creating, coordinating, managing, approving, and completing travel requests in the Intel Community; and producing reports and statistics.
• Experience with, and navigating, SharePoint and Intel Community databases.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Desire to receive constructive feedback to improve oneself.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience building reports, especially in SharePoint or PowerBI.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with corporate leaders, Customers, managers, peers, and candidates.
• Be results-driven, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks as mission needs shift.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $112420 - $191070

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
