Job Title: Lead Project Professional

Salary: Circa £48,000 dependent on experience
What you'll be doing:
· You will be managing construction project lifecycles within a highly regulated environment
· Be responsible for controlling & reporting against all commercial and financial aspects of projects from concept to completion (both internal and external supply chain activities)
· Discharging Client duties in accordance with Regulatory requirements
· Maintaining and managing a safety focused environment and culture aligned to the high-risk aspects of the projects undertaken
· Managing multiple construction aspects while also effectively liaising with Contractors and internal/external Stakeholders
· Managing a small team of Project Professionals
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
· Experience of managing Projects of high complexity and value
· Experience of leading a team
· Proficient stakeholder management experience at all levels internally and externally
Desirable:
· Qualification in Project Management and/or Construction
· Established Project Management skillset (e.g. development of Project Plans / Designs, Business Cases, Risk Management, OR equivalent experience
