  • Establish and manage relationships with Business leadership, Quality leadership and Legal counterparts.
  • Responsible for leading negotiation activities for some of Accenture's select deals (as defined by scope, size and type of work) to meet Accenture and client needs for a mutually beneficial outcome.
  • Work with both internal and external stakeholders to execute the negotiation strategy.
  • Help resolve potential and actual disputes while managing client expectations during the negotiation process.
  • Responsible for ensuring global compliance to all requirements and inputs from legal, commercial and corporate transaction services teams in all deal negotiations.
  • Champion Client Centric negotiation processes and coach executives on the global negotiation strategy for a deal or a dispute.

Contract

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 12 years experience quality, project, delivery leads, sales and or legal with proven ability to lead successful teams

Membership:

  • Member of World Commerce and Contracting (WCC) or National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and/ or professional certification considered a plus.

WORK REQUIREMENTS:

  • Travel required

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with executives at all levels of the client and Accenture organizations and be capable of influencing key commercial and contracting decisions
  • Experienced and exceptional in the application of Client Centric Negotiation

  • Courage to deliver hard messages directly, both internally and externally
