Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss ongoing recruitment needs and provide updates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and direct approaches to attract top HR talent.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct initial candidate assessments through phone screenings and face-to-face interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Provide interview feedback to candidates and manage the offer process.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments within the HR sector.
- Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on market research.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build a network of HR professionals.
- Engage with online communities and professional groups to enhance recruitment reach
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the recruitment database.
- Prepare and submit regular recruitment reports and metrics to management.
- Advise clients on effective recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions and person specifications.
- Provide guidance to clients on market conditions, candidate availability, and salary trends.
Contract
39 hours per week
Candidate requirements
- There are no formal academic requirements although most entrants possess a degree or equivalent qualification and/or relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR roles and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
