Responsibilities

  • Contribute as trusted finance partner at program meetings and reviews
  • Create, maintain, and monitor program baselines utilizing Earned Value Management or another appropriate method.
  • Review and monitor program risks and opportunities, such as cost overruns and scheduling delays
  • Develop and update financial forecasts and estimates at complete
  • Analyze program financial performance and variances to forecasts
  • Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements both internally and externally
  • Support program management in all financial aspects of the program, such as baselining, forecasting, and reporting
  • Work with the contracts department for funding, billings, and other contractual items

Contract

40 hours per week

This role is for a

Senior Program Control Analyst within the

Paragon Portfolio, supporting the

Advanced Electronic Warfare Systems (AEWS) Product Line within the

Electronic Combat Systems Business Area. This role will support a diverse portfolio including Development and Repair programs.

This role will be performed in a

hybrid capacity, with the individual

splitting their time between working on-site at BAE Facilities (Nashua, NH) and remotely.

Responsibilities may include:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of work experience or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to develop solutions to complex problems using ingenuity & innovation
  • Experience communicating and presenting financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and lead diverse work teams
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash and collections
  • Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Requires eligibility to obtain a Secret level Clearance, with existing Secret Clearance preferred.
  • Any experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, or Cobra
  • Exposure to Earned Value policies/methodology

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
