    Job description

Our Supply Chain team is a global operation responsible for getting hundreds of millions of products from farms and factories to our millions of customers every day. As a graduate, you'll be based within teams of change managers, analysts, and operators, so you could be analysing products pricing to minimise food waste, improving the range of products in each store as well as engaging with suppliers to drive benefits throughout the supply chain.

During your 2-year programme you'll first start off by spending 12 weeks in store getting to understand how our stores operate and how we serve our customers and communities. After this you'll be able to use the knowledge and experience you've gained to get stuck in, following a clear development pathway to build your capability and provide experiences across the functions.

By the end of your programme you will have gained all the necessary skills and knowledge you need to set you up for success, but your journey doesn't stop there, as this programme gives a great foundation to accelerate your career to become a senior leader in our business.

Programme start date: 1 September 2025.

    Everyone's welcome

To us, inclusivity means everyone's voice is heard and you feel comfortable bringing every part of yourself to work. We celebrate and value everything that makes you, you. We make sure that all colleagues have equal access to opportunities. We're a big business with diverse working patterns and lots of business areas. So, we can find something that works for you.

    What we are looking for

We're looking for our future leaders, who are committed to building the skills and business understanding to co-pilot the business to deliver value for customers, colleagues, and shareholders.

We're looking for individuals that are curious in their thinking and brave in their application, whilst operating with a 20/80 mindset. We're a people business where believing in each other underpins our success.
