Responsibilities

  • Develop effective working relationships and engage across relevant stakeholders (Brand & Sales Leaders, Marketing Directors, Legal/Regulatory)
  • Develop custom video content to drive engagement and impact across HCP personas
  • Execute aligned and compelling content strategy across omnichannel HCP tactics
  • Support development and delivery of 1:1 emails for use by field teams
  • Measure and optimize omni-channel assets within your remit to drive continuous improvement and impact
  • Partner with excellence across matrix organization, particularly across HCP and digital marketing teams
  • Lead asset review and approval with excellence across promotional review team, functioning as a content owner
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and organizational standards throughout the development and implementation of omnichannel solutions.
  • Manage agencies and digital/media vendors to deliver phenomenal customer experiences aligned to brand strategies
  • Understand customer and patient insights, developing solutions to best meet defined needs
  • Demonstrate leading communication and influencing skills
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling omnichannel solutions

Contract

40 hours per week

As a Product Brand Management Rx Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of integrated omnichannel campaigns for DOVATO within the United States, while also overseeing the execution of seamless content strategy for the brand.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years' experience with pharmaceutical marketing (can include brand marketing, market research, marketing operations, and/or provider marketing or a combination of these)
  • Experience with omni-channel marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • MBA Preferred
  • Experience with pharmaceutical copy approval process
  • Considerable knowledge of marketing products, brands, or services
  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills
  • Ability to successfully navigate multiple stakeholder environments
  • Experience with GenAI solutions
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and influencing skills
