We're looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our brand-new Segments & Propositions platform. This role will lead the design, shaping, and execution of the features and experiences LBG will offer customers to support customers.

You'll be able to heavily collaborate with the designers and engineers in our Lab to shape and build experiences – seeing your work in your own, and more importantly, our customers' hands!

You'll be responsible for a set of tools and experiences such as ‘Benefits finder', ‘Bill switcher' or ‘Whole of Bank loyalty'. Your work will involve working closely with other teams in our lab, and our wider platform.

As part of your role you'll collaborate with Design and Data teams, the Chief Digital Office, as well as business partners, to identify and understand customer problems using a wide range of customer data and research and test and learn activities in order to ideate the best solutions. You'll also need to work closely with Engineering colleagues to benefit from cloud platform capabilities.
