Responsibilities

  • Spend the majority of your time speaking to and supporting our customers. You will be required to be proactive in the delivery of solutions to meet their needs.
  • Attract new customers by being the face of HSBC within the local community and by building up a strong network of Key Business Introducers
  • Treat customers fairly by really getting to know and understand their business
  • Be a champion for digital channels, such as the use of online and mobile banking
  • Protect the bank's assets and reputation by performing rigorous due diligence on the customer and their business

Contract

40 hours per week

  • Experience of making timely and rational decisions, based on relevant information and experience
  • Attract new customers by being the face of HSBC within the local community and by building up a strong network of Key Business Introducers
  • Experience and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal
  • A track record of gaining an understanding of customers' needs and delivering outstanding customer service

Role Overview

At HSBC, Business Specialists proactively support our Small Business Banking customers through change and growth, focusing on their financial health. Our Business Specialists must be passionate, proactive and forward thinking to enable them to be successful within the role. Requirements

The successful candidate for this role will have:

The base location for this role is Gloucester.
