As a BA4 Workforce Management & Planning Analyst, you'll help enhance the customer experience within the bank's operations by optimising staffing levels, forecasts, scheduling and workforce allocation through data analysis. You'll influence and facilitate controlled delivery of the overall business strategy and objectives, through the delivery and maintenance of new WFM technology and solutions, including version updates, working with Barclays and vendor solution architects.
