The Data Architect and IT Analysis Manager is to lead implementation of the new data management controls, and to ensure compliance of the new controls acoss the finance function for all US applications.

As our Data Architect and IT Analysis Manager you will:

  • Track compliance to Data Controls, understanding gaps and planning for and remediating gaps
  • Understand Data lineage concepts with the ability to document multi system data lineage via excel and Visio
  • Coordinate compliance of Data Management across all Finance IT Service owners
  • Responsible for ensuring interfaces are documented optimally and ensure correct data linkage between systems
  • Ability to play the role of IT Analysis manager that can internalize new initiatives, provide direction, create a framework for meeting the stated requirements with an envisioned target operating model on the IT as well as operations end.
  • Ability to create a Total Cost of ownership model for new initiatives

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $141,300.00 and $211,900.00

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requirements

You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, engineering/technical degree preferred with minimum 10 years of relevant hands on IT experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of data concepts within Finance
  • Minimum of 10 last years of hands on application development team background
  • Excellent in SQL
  • Working experience with Scaled Agile
  • Ability to effectively / confidently communicate complex concepts in speaking / writing, with team members
  • Enthusiastic, high-energy individual, self-motivated, people-oriented and self-directed
