    As our Americas Equities Production Practice Lead you will:

    • Form direct relationships with trading desks, technology teams and leadership
    • Help us to continue on the journey of implementing Infrastructure as code, containerization, micro services and using cloud infrastructure, while ensuring the highest levels of stability and control of our production platforms
    • Challenge existing processes and ways of working
    • Build high performing teams and to enable that you would relish spending small periods of time in other global offices

    For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $160,000.00 and $220,000.00.

    The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
