We'd like you to be adaptable, able to use & learn new skills & knowledge in varying circumstances and are comfortable providing recommendations and thought leadership using your own judgment.

Versatile communication style to converse technically with customers and consumers (with varying levels of technical background including Product, Engineering, Senior Management and other Domain experts

You'll also want to bring others on the journey, able to provide education and mentorship covering multiple DevOps and site reliability topics to support different teams and drive upskilling.

What will I be doing?

  • Monitoring & Alerting: implementing continued enhancements to drive improvements for MTTD and MTTR
  • Automating Release Management: automating (CI/ CD), integrating and automating non-functional testing to accelerate deployment-frequency and lead-time.
  • Operational Service: part of production support rota alongside 24x7 shift and Lab development engineers. Contributing to blameless post-mortems and implementing root cause fixes.
  • Automating Toil: remove the manual tasks required to operate the product
