Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the management of Training Courses and manage the training course reserve list
  • Liaising with Delegates to create and monitor invites and ensure that all delegates are security cleared
  • Gathering and archiving attendance information and recording course completion as well as course feedback
  • Generating Data for training forecasting and distributing Course Completion Certificates and Reading Material
  • Migrating ‘Nuclear Skills' and/or ‘Skills for Nuclear' Training Records into capability toolsets
  • Assist the Project Leader to conduct audits, spot checks and correlation exercises on the capability toolset and related/ interconnected people tools

Contract

40 hours per week

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting with the management of Training Courses and manage the training course reserve list

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • CIPD or Learning & Development qualification (or equivalent knowledge or experience)
  • Experience with Project Management

Desirable:

  • Exposure to a training environment
  • Exposure to Engineering

The Nuclear Skills & Capability Team:

The Nuclear Capability team govern our Organisation in order to maintain Nuclear Safety for the site ensuring we have the right roles filled by the right people with the right nuclear skills. This role offers great exposure due to the cross-function programmes and you will have the opportunity to work with Industry Experts. The team will see a significant increase in demand and is anticipated to grow as we continue further into the Dreadnought Build Activities and all future programme needs. We offer relocation support across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
